What is Family Access?

Family Access provides parents access to students’ school information through the Internet. Parents will be able to access information in the following areas:

Contact Information

Provide email contact information

Update phone numbers and address information

Student Demographic Information

               General information

               Emergency contact information

Student Attendance

Detailed and summary information

Test Scores

                View student performance on state and local assessments

Student Schedule

                Access to student schedule for the current academic year

Calendar

                Access to District and school events through a common calendar

Food Service

                Check food service balance

                Make payments to food service account

Why should I enroll in Family Access?

Family Access will allow you instant access to your student’s information. Creating an account will provide another opportunity for you to participate in your child’s education.

How do I enroll in Family Access?

Complete the attached enrollment application and return it to the address listed at the bottom of the application. One application will provide access to information for all your children enrolled in Peoria Public Schools. Within two weeks of receipt of your application, you will receive your username and password along with a set of directions on how to use Family Access in the mail.

Where can I find more information?

To read more about Family Access and see some sample screens, please visit www.psd150.org and click on the Parents tab. From there you will see a link to Family Access. You can also email specific questions to familyaccess@psd150.org or call the Research office @ 672-6761.

How do I pay fees using Skyward Family Access?

The Online Fee Payment function has been activated within Family Access.  Parents/guardians can make fee payments through Family Access.

     1.  To make a payment, log in to Family Access and click on "Fee Management."

     2.  Click on the "Make Online Payment" button

     3.  At the bottom of the next screen there will be a button to "Add Charges 20xx-20xx".  Additional fees, such as

          PTO dues and the yearbook fee, are located here.
