The D2 program provides an opportunity for students to earn their high school diploma while earning college credits on ICC's campus. The program allows students to be full time on the ICC Campus for junior and senior years earning an Associates Degree.
The following are required and/or recommended for students to apply for the D2 program. Peoria Public Schools reserves the right to make changes to program requirements at any time.
Required: Must be registered as a Peoria Public Schools student for the 2024-2025 school year.
Required: Pass the Reading or Write Placer Accuplacer, have a GPA of 2.7 or higher, complete a full application packet
Recommended: Pass Enriched or AP Classes, have activities or job experiences
Required: If a student works a part time job, should not work more than 12 hours a week (some exceptions may apply upon written request and approval).
Required: Parent, guardian, or other adult willing to review syllabi and student work weekly.
Required: Students must have a parent or guardian participating in all informational meetings.
Required: The first class, for the two-year program, must be taken in person; Other courses that are online must be pre-approved by high school counselor and Innovation Officer.
Other recommendations and requirements will be covered at parent meetings.
